Please review “Understanding Your Notice” below before reaching out to the office or board members with questions.

If you receive a reminder, please be sure to respond even if the violation has been corrected.

We cannot close a violation without a written response

Violations cannot be closed via phone call. You are always welcome to call the office if you have questions, but it is not necessary to resolve the issue. Please remember to be respectful to our staff and note that you will still need to send a written response even if you call and even if the violation is resolved.
