A lovely space that will accommodate a unit up to 35’ (including approximately 3 slide-outs). Please verify measurements before applying.

Total measurement of the concrete rectangle is: 66'6" x 16'5". Within the total rectangle there is a 8' x 16'5" space for parking one car. Storage shed is 3 1/2' x 7'.

Units must be no more than 20 years old and pre-screened before applying. Interested parties must read the rules, bylaws and sample lease below before submitting a prescreen form.

The Airstream (pictured in photo) is currently for sale. If you are interested in purchasing the Airstream, you may disregard the unit pre-screen. However, if you decide to bring in a new unit, you will need to fill out the pre-screen.

This monthly charge, commonly referred to as “rent”, was established by a vote of the membership in December 2024. The premium includes what is listed in Section 4 of the Proprietary Lease.
