Available Spaces

Membership is a great opportunity to be a part of a community! Vote on rules, bylaws, board members and rent increases. Members are expected to volunteer in some capacity over time. Preference is given to applicants that are below the 80% AMI (Area Median Income) in Clackamas County. This is a 55+ community (i.e. Housing for Older Persons Act). Children are not allowed and the member must be at least 55 years old. Another adult occupant may also live there (with the same screening).


All units placed must be twenty years old or newer. Space rent is currently $630.00 per month. This includes water, sewer and household trash. There is a clubhouse, outdoor pool & laundry on-site.

Sale of Abandoned Manufactured Home and Miscellaneous Personal Property

One 1972 FREED mobile home, Home ID 157616, Serial Number F047735F has been abandoned by the Estate of Sherry Brown. The property is located at 19605 River Road #25, Gladstone OR 97027. The minimum bid is $796.02 and includes November and December space rent; January will need to be paid by the buyer. Home is located in the Two Rivers Home- owners Cooperative (55+ community) which affords a qualified buyer the ability to be a member of the cooperative; see https://www.coopmgt.com/two-rivers. Sale shall be by private bidding with sealed bids. Minimum bid does not include property taxes but there may not be any due. High Bidder shall be responsible for all repairs and clean-up of the space, which includes bringing the home up to community standards in the Community Rules with licensed contractors and permits. Home may have toxins like asbestos, lead, mold etc.

Home is sold “AS IS” with all faults, and with no warranty or professional assessments. Bidders shall do their own due diligence. Miscellaneous personal property has also been abandoned, and any remaining personal property shall be disposed of by High Bidder at High Bidder’s expense, best offers below $796.02 will be considered. Community approval is required before entering into a lease agreement or storage agreement.
