How to Make a Payment


We offer multiple secure and convenient options for making payments. Please review the instructions below to choose the method that works best for you.

Pay Online via Our Website Portal

You can make payments directly through our website using our secure online payment portal.

To set up your account:

  1. Click the “Pay Online” button at the top of our website

  2. Click “Sign Up” below the blue login button

  3. Enter your account number and the email address we have on file

  4. Click “Sign Up”

  5. Check your email for a validation link and follow the instructions

  6. Create a password (your email will be your login)

Once your account is set up, you can view your payment history, check your current balance, and make payments online.

Payment method options:

  • ACH (checking account): No fee

  • Credit/Debit cards: Convenience fee applies

Pay Using the RMResident Mobile App

You can also make payments using the RMResident mobile app, available in the Apple App Store and Google Play.

To get started:

  1. Download RMResident from your app store

  2. Enter our company code: coopms

  3. Enter your email address we have on file (contact the office if you need us to add an email or to verify which one we have on file)

  4. Enter your account number (contact the office if you don’t have it)

  5. Complete the prompts to set up your account

The app allows you to view your balance, payment history, and submit payments from your phone or tablet.

Mailed Payments

You may mail a check or money order to the address below:

Important Information:

  • Include your Tenant Lockbox ID in the memo line of the check

  • Contact the office if you need your Lockbox ID

  • Do not mail cash – it will not be accepted or processed

Cash Payments via CashPay

For residents who prefer to pay in cash, we offer a CashPay option. To find the location closest to you, please visit this website.

To use this service:

  • Contact our office to request your unique CashPay ID

  • This service is not available in all areas. Use the locator website to verify. Commonly it is Fred Meyer, Ace Cash Express and WalMart.

Please do not mail cash. The only approved method for cash payments is through CashPay.
