Available Spaces

Membership is a great opportunity to be a part of a community! Vote on rules, bylaws, board members and rent increases. Members are expected to volunteer in some capacity over time. Preference is given to applicants that are below the 80% AMI (Area Median Income) in Clackamas County. This is a 55+ community (i.e. Housing for Older Persons Act). Children are not allowed and the member must be at least 55 years old. Another adult occupant may also live there (with the same screening).
All units placed must be twenty years old or newer. Space rent is currently $630.00 per month. This includes water, sewer and household trash. There is a clubhouse on site and laundry. We are also hoping to have enough volunteers to open the pool next season!
