Units must be no more than 20 years old and pre-screened before applying. Interested parties must read the rules, bylaws and sample lease below before submitting a prescreen form.

The open period for leases ended April 30th, 2024. To join the cooperative and obtain a 50 year lease, you must apply and be approved by the Board of Directors. This applies to new residents as well as existing residents who did not begin the lease process by April 30th, 2024.

We will begin working on rental agreements for existing residents who do not wish to join the cooperative. Please expect management or members from the Board of Directors to reach out to get this paperwork completed.
