At Cooperative Management Inc, we only work with "board run" properties.   Currently we are working exclusively with Manufactured Home Cooperatives assisting the Boards with financial management and compliance.  

Tamie Kaufman, owner, has been a licensed property manager since 2008.  In Summer 2015 she opened her own company to just focus on specialty properties.   

The concept of "board run" properties is not new to Tamie as she has served on several boards and commissions as a volunteer as well.  Currently serves as the Mayor of Gold Beach (volunteer position) and serves on the Curry County Citizen's Review Board and the CCD Business Development Corporation.

Tamie has a Bachelor's degree from Eastern Oregon University in Philosophy, Politics and Economics, Cum Laude; an Associate's degree from Southwestern Oregon Community College and Graduated from Gold Beach High School.   

Tamie is a member of NARPM and achieved the "RMP®" designation officially on Residential Management Professional as well as a Certified Manager of Community Associations.
