Other Occupants Residing in Household:

This helps us to make sure our leases and temporary occupant agreements are up to date. If there are children under the age of 18 in the house that do not need to be addressed on our letters, please note that next to their name so we can update our automated system. We thank you for your help to keep our records as accurate as possible!

Vehicles

Please list all vehicles belonging to residents of your home that will be regularly parked in the community. Please be aware of how many vehicles are allowed per your lease and/or additional parking arrangements already approved by the Board of Directors.

Pets

Please list all pets in your household. Please be aware of how many and what types of pets are allowed based on your Community Rules (see your community page on our website for specific rules). Feel free to email us photos of your pets to put in your file. This is completely optional and listing them below is sufficient. We just know some people love sharing photos of their pets and we enjoy receiving them. It also helps to identify residents beloved animals if they happen to get lost or concerns of that nature.
